- Your grades or assignments
- Degree planning
- Course registration
- Tuition or fees
- Request for letter of course completion
- A private issue that only affects you
Please make sure you include your UIN when emailing the program.
Please add the firstname.lastname@example.org email address to your safe senders list to ensure you receive the responses to your questions.
Course Discussion Forums
Post in your course discussion forums for:
- Course content questions
- Questions about assignments for course instructor or TA
- Requesting classmates to give feedback on peer review assignments
By posting in the forum, you are also letting other students benefit from the response.
*Please do NOT send any requests directly to the university email addresses of Course/Teaching Assistants. Use the infrastructure outlined above. If your question does not fall under any of these categories, please email all other requests to email@example.com.
Coursera Techincal Support
24/7 Coursera Technical Support for:
- Issues with access/submission of assignments
- Issues with course access
If you need to immediately speak with someone regarding urgent technical issues on Coursera, you can use the live chat feature offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The first thing you should do when you start a chat is to let Coursera know that you are a degree student in the iMSA program. You can access chat support on any page of the Coursera Help Center. The Coursera Help Center also contains help articles for non-urgent issues.
